Haley, Herself!
My name is Haley, and my cat’s enjoy drinking from the toilet!
Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s get down to business.
I’m fifteen, going on sixteen the 24th of this month. I live in Indiana, but I pretty much despise America in general. When i’m older I plan on moving to England if at all possible. It’s a dream of mine. I’m what you would call an Anglophile. I adore anything english. My favorite being British accents.I tend to be a pretty outgoing person when I’m online or when I’m with my friends, but if you catch me away from either of those elements then I can assure you that I’m going to be pretty darn shy. I have social anxiety. I’m a decently friendly person, especially when I first meet someone and I can get along with most people. I tend to be pretty eccentric and “out there.” My mind is permantely stuck in a place it shouldn’t be, but i’m not particularly ashamed of that. It’s just another thing that makes me who I am.
Let’s talk favorites. My favorite movie of like ALL time would have to be The Number 23. It’s pretty much wonderful. War of the Worlds and The Secret Window come in a very close second though. I’m a fan of movies that make me think. My favorite book is Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin, but I’m also a HUGE fan of I am the Messenger by Marcus Zuzak. If you’ve never read either of those, I highly recomend both. My favorite band is Fall Out Boy and i’m not one of those girls who knows like one of their songs and thinks Pete Wentz is “sooooo hawt!” They disgust me.
Horses make up like a major part of my life which is the reason I made this whole blog deal. So let’s get a brief history of me and the animals. I’ve been riding for seven years, going on eight this summer. The whole time has been english, but i’ve dabbled a little in western here and there. It’s just not my cup of tea. I show ocassionally, but its makes me really nervous [not to mention the cost!] so I don’t do too much of it. I’ve owned two ponies who you guys can see on my horse page. I tend to show in hunters or equatation if I do show. I’m not much of the jumper type, but I have done it a time or two. The highest I’ve ever jumped is 3′9″ and I’m pretty proud of it.
